Improve your Digital Fluency with Microsoft products

Do you want to learn how to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint more effectively? Needed to learn how to do something but were too afraid to ask?

The new Digital Fluency Skills pages will tell you everything you need to know about using Microsoft products. Each link clearly explains the solution to any issues you may have and goes from the basics for the absolute beginner to some of the most advanced features you may have never been aware of.

You can find the pages in the Learning Resources drop down menu above and there is an Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced levels. Just select "Continue" to enrol yourself onto the page.

Christmas Food Bank Collection 11th - 13th December

Christmas Food Bank Collection

Right now there are over 9000 children in Blackpool that are living below the poverty line.

B&FC are working with Blackpool Food Bank to collect for for local families.

Staff and students are encouraged to donate any food they can spare.

Students from  Society, Health and Childhood will be collecting donations by arrangement from your office/workroom.

Two collection will take place at the Bispham Campus and University Campus:

  • Tuesday 11th December - 9:30am-12pm
  • Thursday 13th December - 9.30am-12pm

Week commencing Monday 22nd October

Bispham Loop:          Mon - Fri 9am - 4pm
UC Loop:                    Mon - Fri 9am - 4pm (Saturday 20th & 27th - Closed)
Fleetwood Loop:       Normal opening hours
Lytham LRC:              Closed

Normal opening hours will resume Monday 29th October
